Transaction review and dispute support

Failed or delayed transactions should be reported to support immediately with transaction ID and payment proof. Completed transactions may not be reversible once processed, but failed transactions will be reviewed and resolved.

When to Contact Support

Contact support if your deposit, withdrawal, transfer or conversion is delayed, rejected incorrectly or does not reflect after confirmation.

Required Details

Please provide your account email, transaction ID, payment proof, amount, currency and the date and time of payment.

Review Process

ATV Exchange will review submitted information, compare it with platform records and provide an update through the app or support channel.

Important Notice

False payment proof or wrong payment details may delay your transaction and may lead to account restriction.
